Africa stands at a transformative crossroads, facing a significant funding gap that challenges its sustainable development and economic progress. Yet, within this challenge lies a remarkable opportunity: the potential to unlock $1.85 trillion in domestic capital and attract global investments, particularly in green and social sectors. To harness this potential, it is crucial to develop innovative financing mechanisms while fostering public-private partnerships that can effectively mobilise resources and drive impactful projects. In this context, a fundamental question arises: how can governments, businesses, and investors collaborate to create financing mechanisms that bridge Africa’s funding gap and promote sustainable, inclusive growth? 

To address this pressing need, the roundtable will also feature the launch of the Africa Capital Hub (ACH) Advisory Board, which will support the Hub’s capital deployment, foster partnerships, and align investments with Africa’s long-term development goals.

• The pivotal role of the Africa Capital Hub Advisory Board in steering effective capital allocation and ensuring that investments are aligned with Africa’s evolving development needs.
