Alison Shaw

Alison has worked in corporate communications, trade media, and editorial management since the late 1990s. Landing in Hong Kong as a starry-eyed twenty-something just after the handover to China, she has spent most of her career in Asia, with work that includes writing about investment and law across the region, sustainability and financial reporting, and speechwriting for senior executives. Her goal is to help individuals and organizations share important information with clarity and impact.

She holds master’s degrees in China Area Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and Corporate Environmental Governance from The University of Hong Kong.
