Sheila Maina

Sheila brings experience in sustainable finance and investment analysis, underpinned by an actuarial science background. Most recently, she worked as a Sustainable Finance Analyst at Impact Africa Consulting, where she supported climate risk analysis and impact investment advisory engagements. Prior to this, she worked as an Investment Analyst at Kenya’s Retirement Benefits Authority, analyzing asset allocation and performance across pension schemes. As a student at Strathmore University, she held leadership roles within the Women in Finance society, where she served as Finance Secretary and organized industry engagement initiatives.

Sheila holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Strathmore University and certifications in alternative investments, financial modelling, and IFRS sustainability disclosures. She is also a CFA Program Level 1 candidate.
