Henna is passionate about promoting innovative, equitable, and sustainable access to capital, resources, healthcare and education. She brings more than two decades of experience across financial services, natural resources, and healthcare sectors, with a focus on growth through acquisition, strategic transformation, capital structuring and sourcing, and stakeholder engagement. She has worked both as principal and agent with large, multinational public and private companies, governments, private equity-backed SMEs and non-profits.

 

Henna is Co-Founder of and an investor in a deep-tech healthcare startup that focuses on advancing fair access to a basic healthcare need of women.  She is also Board Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee at an educational social mobility charity supporting young people from lower-resource backgrounds.  Previously, she led private equity-backed capital raisings and asset scale-ups and exits, and spent more than a decade in investment banking corporate finance advisory.
