Lisa Freercks

Lisa is an independent consultant to the impact investing and social innovation sector with recent advisory roles including technical assistance to social enterprises, innovative financing design and implementation and capital raising support. She brings strong technical and analytical skills from a decade in corporate finance for JPMorgan Chase and Leaf Capital where she participated in deals across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and private equity.  A passionate advocate for social and environmental impact projects, Lisa has made volunteer work a large part of her life, having held advisory roles in a variety of non-profit organisations. Her unique blend of experience offers insights to building more robust and sustainable social investment strategies.  Lisa has a Business Science (Finance Honours) degree from the University of Cape Town.
