
Salma Zarraf

Salma is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over 16 years of experience in private equity, infrastructure, and green energy. She has a strong track record in private sector development, particularly in emerging and developing markets across Africa and Europe.
Salma currently serves as Finance Manager at Neo Themis, a Morocco-based company specialising in the development and financing of renewable energy and clean infrastructure projects across Africa. In this role, she is actively involved in structuring and securing financing for large-scale energy projects. Prior to joining Neo Themis, Salma was Chief Financial Officer at Gaia Energy Platform Africa, a renewable energy platform developed in partnership with the International Finance Corporation. She led the platform’s design, structuring, capital raising, and administrative set-up.
Earlier in her career, Salma was an Investment Manager at CDG Capital, where she oversaw infrastructure investments for one of Morocco’s leading pension funds. She also spent four years as an Investor Relations Manager at Eurazeo (formerly Idinvest Partners), a €36bn private equity fund based in Paris. Her early career includes roles in investment banking at La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild and Société Générale in Paris.
Salma holds a master’s degree in Finance from Grenoble Business School and an executive master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine.
