Sertac Yeltekin

Sertac has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector as a senior manager and consultant. He is currently the Co-founder and General Partner of Purpose Venture Capital and Managing Director of Zingforce Ventures, Singapore with a focus on investments in sustainable technologies. Sertac also co-founded Etkiyap, an impact investing platform that delivered the pioneering social impact bond in Turkey. Sertac was Chief Operations Officer for Insitor Partners, an impact investing fund in Singapore between 2017 and 2020. Prior to Insitor, he was Senior Vice President at Unicredit Group from 2002 to 2017 where he held numerous C-suite and directorship roles. Sertac graduated from Swarthmore College, PA, USA with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political Science. Sertac also holds a bachelor’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies.
