BwB recently joined partners from across Europe for the 2nd CirCoFin — Circular Construction Finance General Assembly in Glasgow, hosted by Zero Waste Scotland. Over two inspiring days, the consortium explored how to accelerate circularity in the built environment through collaborative workshops, peer learning, and a hands-on visit to BE-ST in Hamilton, to see innovation in circular materials, reuse strategies, and retrofit design in action. “It was inspiring to have so many committed partners in one place, working together to mainstream circularity in our built environment,” said Christine Zhou, BwB Executive Director. “The discussions in Glasgow showed not just what we’ve achieved so far, but the powerful momentum we are building for our next actions." A big thank you to Zero Waste Scotland for hosting, and to all our CirCoFin partners for their collaboration and shared vision of a more circular future. How can finance help facilitate the adoption of circularity in the built environment? Let’s start a conversation in the comments below.
