Finding solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges can be accelerated by the open exchange of information and ideas.
At the 2024 WB/IMF Spring Meetings in Washington DC earlier this year, BwB hosted a private investor dinner for CEOs and senior executives working in development and sustainability financing around the world.
“We had a very fruitful discussion about the huge potential for using innovative finance mechanisms to direct capital towards finding solutions for major environmental and social challenges, particularly in the Global South. We look forward to collaborating with new and existing friends and partners on the next-step initiatives that we outlined,” commented Heather Matson, BwB Managing Director.
The event was part of BwB’s investor roundtable series that launched in Davos in January, with other sessions held in Nairobi and London during the first half of the year.
