Earlier last month, BwB managing director Asen Charliyski and analyst Harry Wain presented their financial analysis of capital structures for renovation of buildings to financial institutions in Copenhagen.
Whilst investment capital is available, it is evident that additional work is needed to increase demand for renovation and further develop blended finance structure to facilitate deployment of financing and funding.
”At BwB we have always been passionate about creating structures to move money from where it is to where it is needed. Throughout our continued work with public and private city stakeholders, we aim to enable private finance to participate in the climate transition.“, commented Asen Charliyski.
