Blanca Rincon de Arellano

Blanca is the City Finance Specialist for Spanish and Portuguese cities within the European Commission’s NetZeroCities Initiative. She specialises in Urban Climate Finance and has worked within C40’s City Finance Programme at the NDC Partnership, the OECD, and N26 Bank. Blanca holds a dual master’s degree in international affairs from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris, a bachelor’s degree in social and political sciences from the Free University of Berlin and is fluent in 5 languages.
