Heather Matson

Heather is sector lead for Nature and Biodiversity & Gender Finance and also supports BwB’s efforts around policy development, regulatory, market and financial reform, drawing on her almost 15 years working in sales and client strategy in the City of London. Heather also has extensive experience working in international development, having worked for the International Finance Corporation (member of the World Bank Group) in Ukraine and Washington DC. focusing on corporate governance in the CIS region as well as the Canadian International Development Agency (now Global Affairs Canada) on private sector development in Ukraine and Russia.
