Stephen Njoroge

Stephen brings experience in credit analysis and financial advisory for small and micro enterprises. Most recently, he worked at Caritas Microfinance Bank, where he supported lending decisions and client growth.

As a student at USIU-Africa, he led finance, risk and compliance, and administration functions for the AIESEC chapter, building structured financial reporting systems, strengthening governance, and managing budgeting and revenue performance. Stephen has also worked with organizations such as Ashoka Africa and the We Are Family Foundation, supporting youth-led initiatives and enterprise development.

Stephen holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from USIU-Africa.
