Alex Gray

Alex brings experience in energy access research, data analysis, and project economics, with a focus on distributed renewable energy and energy affordability in African markets. Most recently, he worked in the Data and Innovation team at the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet in Nairobi, where he analysed battery storage, distributed renewable energy, and grid connection requirements, and contributed to Mission 300 country analysis.

Alex holds a master's degree in Global Energy Transition and Governance from Centre International De Formation Européenne and a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
