Rittah brings experience in climate infrastructure delivery, venture investing, and founder support, with a focus on climate technology and sustainable finance. She has worked in project management within Kenya's energy and infrastructure sector, supporting climate-focused initiatives including Direct Air Capture infrastructure development and waste-to-energy feasibility work. She also contributes to founder investment-readiness through Capital Without Barriers, an independent founder-support initiative, and helps grow RightSignal Community’s founder and investor ecosystem. She has gained venture capital experience through the Included VC Fellowship and Venture Institute Fellowship, focusing on early-stage investment analysis and deal evaluation.
Rittah holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi and has completed Climate Change and Sustainability training through the Oxford Climate Society.
