Alsen Ndaruhutse

Alsen has spent 19 years in private and public financing. He was recently part of ESG & Climate Finance at Rwanda Green Fund, supporting the government of Rwanda to design a new approach to Rwanda's access to climate finance, including access to international sources of climate finance. Alsen has previously worked with financial institutions, with experience in ESG, impact investment, program evaluation, and business development, and has strong local network within the region. He is affiliated with the Rwanda Monitoring and Evaluation Association and the Finance and Banking sector Group. Alsen is a graduate of Uganda Martyrs University in Development Economics and holds a degree in Political Science from the National University of Rwanda.
