BwB is actively seeking former investment bankers that would like to apply their skills for the benefit of the environment and social good. Typically, people engage with us as volunteers with a flexible work schedule; as consultants with a set number of hours agreed before hand; or as full time staff.
 
The typical profile is of someone that has worked at a bulge bracket investment bank, for a minimum of three years in a client facing role.
