Asen Charliyski

Asen is Adaptation CoE Lead, NZC Lead, Global Head of Sustainable Urban Finance, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Asen brings diverse experience in structured finance, corporate finance, and financial markets gained from his time spent working in the City of London. Over the past few years, he has been involved in fund management of public and privately funded facilities with focus on energy efficiency, and working closely with European cities and start-ups to develop financing strategies targeting net zero and sustainable development objectives.

Asen is a Council member of the Latvian Building Energy Efficiency Facility (LABEEF).
