Catherine Talbot

Catherine has spent over 10 years at Agence Française de Développement, focusing on sustainable urban finance in a developing territory. In this capacity, she has assisted public entities in conceptualizing and financing projects aimed at mitigating and adapting to climate change, promoting social inclusion, and enhancing disaster risk resilience. Catherine is an alumna of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, where she earned a master’s degree in Finance and Audit, and began her career as a microeconomics and finance analyst at Institut d'Emission des Départements d'Outre-mer.
